How to fix Google Pay compatibility issue on iPhone 6s for App Store payments?

my iPhone 8 iOS version 16.7.7 but gpay not supported

I had updated my mobile yesterday.

after that unable to proceed

as per the guidelines , upi payment supported only on iPhone XS , and above

Im having the same problem as just like the other say my iPhone 7 plus have upgraded to latest 15.8.2 but it say as per upi guidline only iPhone XS and above support upi Payment does that mean we can’t use gpay and any kind of upi payment? Its not fair, compared it to android there no such proplem in android please fix this issue if android can do it than why can’t apple do it, if this did not change and still stays the same than it would be better to change to android even the cheapest android phone can support UPI payment

You are correct, Google Pay Requires iOS 13.0 or later.

UPI is available for iOS versions 13.4 and higher and iPhone 6s and newer.

I have same version of iOS but stopped supporting UPI two to three months ago

You will need to contact the developer, they are the ones that determine which iOS version they want to support. Apple has no part in telling them what devices they must support. If the developer has abandoned support for your device you will need to upgrade to a newer device if you want to continue to use their service.

And what did Google say about that? They are the developers that choose what software and what devices to support. Apple can't make them do that.
