Our pixel worked on someone else's website

I noticed activity on the Facebook tracking site on June 29th. Upon closer examination, we saw that we were tracking a transition to a third-party site that does not belong to us. We checked this site, no tracks are installed on it. Explain how this is possible?

I've noticed that we've had another peak in website visits on July 5th. Upon closer inspection, it appears to be from the same external site again. I contacted Meta support, and they directed me to the developer forum. We don't have any tracking pixels on the external site.
