Then for the following messages do these 3 things: Here is the ACA framework popularised by Alex Hormozi: Acknowledge (show you listen) Compliment (make them feel good) Ask (move the conversation forward) Uncover pain points to get on a call. If they stop replying: Say this once: Hey just bumping this up in your inbox in case you have not seen this. Hope all is good No reply? Close the loop. Move on. P.S. Do not actually flirt.

Ask good questions. You can learn more from someone by the quality of their questions than their answers. Never ever run out of questions. Here a few great ones: How would you describe the culture of the team I'm joining, what is their communication style? (Then explain how this will be great, if it is) What do you think will be my biggest priority in the first 90 days? (Then tell them how you would smash it for them) What are the studio's goals over the next year, how will I be contributing to it? (Shows your holistic business understanding) Smart questions = Smart lasting impression.
