Ingredients
Yield:1 cocktail
- 2ounces Canadian whiskey
- 1ounce joven mezcal
- ½ounce maple syrup
- 1dash apple bitters
- 1dash old-fashioned bitters, preferably Fee Brothers
- Strip of peel from ½ orange
Preparation
- Step 1
In a small pitcher, stir together whiskey, mezcal, maple syrup and bitters. Add peel and muddle.
- Step 2
Pour over rocks in a double old-fashioned glass.
