Inventory online & Connectivity Dashboard

Inventory online and Connectivity Dashboard use the same agent, so the same data is collected regardless of whether the other product is used.

Cloud Help Desk

Data we collect

All of the ticket data that is entered in the Cloud Help Desk is collected by Spiceworks.

Vendor Contracts

Data we collect

All of the data you enter into Vendor Contracts is collected by Spiceworks. This includes, but is not limited to:

Contract information

  • contract name
  • vendor
  • product or service name
  • start and end dates
  • cost and currency
  • billing cycle
  • any notes
  • support information
  • account numbers
  • location

Some fields may contain no data. Only contract name, vendor, and product/service name are required.
