We bought the top of the line DreameBot. So far we love it. At the time we purchased it, they did not offer an extended warranty. Now they do! For $1800.00 I want to now purchase the plan but am not sure how to do it at this point. Will call customer service tomorrow about that. So far, it’s a great investment! It mops, vacumns, cleans its own little pads, is programmable to your specific floor plan too. Couldn’t be happier!

I've had this robot for a few days and I've extensively tested it around my house with as many different scenarios as I could think of, and this robot came through every scenario with flying colors.

The best feature without a doubt is the extended-mop functionality, which extends the mop outwards to reach edges or underneath cabinets. When comparing against other robots (I tested this against the Narwal Freo X Ultra), no other robot ever got all the way up to the base boards of a wall or all the way underneath Kitchen cabinets, but the X30 ultra got all the way every time.

The noise level of this robot while mopping and vacuuming (in quiet mode) are also impressive. Especially during mopping, you can hardly hear it at all. Obviously with vacuuming since there's some suction it's a little louder than mopping but still very quiet compared to other robots. The noise level while emptying the garbage disposal on the robot is also quieter than what you would get from a Roomba, which I also like since the Roomba sounds like a jet engine when emptying.

My other favorite feature is the detachable mop pads when vacuuming. For other robots, they will simply lift the mop pads and keep them on the robot when vacuuming. With the X30 Ultra, there's an option where for vacuuming tasks/sections, it will actually leave the mop pads at the base, go vacuum, then come back and pick them up and perform the mopping tasks (if there are any). I love this as it ensures your mop pads don't get dragged over carpet or pick up any dust/debris/hair when they don't have to!

Lastly, I have to give praise to their customer service. They have been tremendous and have answered all of my questions and helped navigate a very tricky situation and bent over backwards to help resolve it.

I was a little skeptical and did not want to pay this for a mop/vacuum, but I have 2 little girls and 3 dogs that shed with white tile floor so my husband convinced me. Honestly I put this once every 2 days and it cleans my whole house while also mopping! It’s the best and super low maintenance, it’s not noisy at all, just when it empties the vacuum it gets a little loud but that’s about 10seconds. It maps your house, you can choose an area to clean if you don’t want the whole house. Best thing I’ve ever bought to be honest, worth every darn penny!!!!!!!!!!

The X30 Ultra robot does an admirable job of cleaning, navigating the home efficiently. It has a peculiar swagger when moving in a straight line, but this doesn't seem to impact its cleaning performance.

App Experience: Initially, I faced significant challenges with the app. From my experience with robots from Roborock and Dreametech, I've learned that you can't connect to the internet if your phone's VPN is enabled. Also, the app was extremely slow and virtually unusable while the robot was cleaning. After a several days of frustrating interactions with customer support, my case was eventually escalated to a more competent team. After several weeks, they helped improve the app's performance somewhat, but it remains far from perfect. They obviously didn't test the app with large homes/maps.

Key Tips: One crucial tip is to remove all carpet rectangles added during auto-mapping or manually. Doing this improved the app's performance somewhat, although I never received a clear explanation of the purpose of these rectangles, given that the X30 detects carpet automatically during cleaning.

Improvements Needed: There are a few areas where the X30 could be improved:
1. Mopping: There should be an option to adjust the frequency with which the X30 returns to rinse the mop.
2. Software: The app and robot software seem more suited to smaller homes, making use in medium to larger homes awkward. For example, the default cleaning cycle covers the whole home, and some smart features are only available in this mode. Given the battery life, it cannot fully clean a large home with mixed flooring. The smart features should be optimized for room-specific cleaning.
3. Room Division: While mapping was accurate, the division of rooms was not. I spent considerable time editing to get the desired room division and cleaning schedule.
4. It would be nice to indicate that a full room is carpet similar to how a full room can be indicated as tile.

Common Issues:
• Docking: Initially, I experienced docking issues, which I've found to be common across different brands. If the dock is moved while the robot is cleaning, it struggles to re-dock and may also incorrectly modify the map.
• Live-Video Navigation: The live-video manual navigation is not useful due to the app's sluggishness with a large home map. Monitoring the video while cleaning is a cute feature but not essential.
• Cord Obstruction: The X30 tends to run over cords and get stuck. This is a common issue among robot cleaners, as flat-laying cords are challenging to avoid. However, it did manage to avoid some cords that were elevated from the floor.
• Throw-Rugs: Similar to other robot cleaners and even my old upright vacuum, the X30 can get caught on throw-rugs. I mitigate this by picking up small or floppy throw-rugs before cleaning.

In summary, while the X30 Ultra robot cleaner performs well, the app still needs substantial improvements to enhance the overall user experience, particularly for larger homes.

I had my doubts that this would be able to vacuum and mop my floor as well as they show on there website, but I am SHOCKED. This thing has pretty much made me throw out my bona mop, my floors have never looked so good. I also have a dog that sheds a ton and this does a great job at picking it all up. The system does a great job at cleaning and drying the mop heads, I figured I would have to wash them myself but they come out looking great. I don't have one negative thing to say about this system, it has made my after dinner routine much easier.
