    The “body scan” sessions invite you to shift your attention to your body. When doing so, the flow of thoughts slows down and each part of the body gradually relaxes.

    These sessions allow you to relax by shifting your attention to your breathing. They calm the mind and enable you to focus on the present moment to fall asleep more peacefully.

    These sessions invite you to delicately contract certain muscles to feel them relax when you breathe out. They allow you to focus on your feelings and release any tensions that may have built up.

    Along with some nature sounds, these sessions will transport you to a new world: the beach, the mountains or even a bike ride. They help to unwind by imagining pleasant and peaceful situations.

    These sessions reduce the number of breaths per minute (from 10 to 6) to decrease the heart rate. This exercise relaxes your body and gradually allows you to fall asleep.

    The sessions begin with a 4-minute relaxation period. 8 or 20 minutes of silence follows, depending on the position of the “duration” key. After this period of silence, nature sounds will gently wake you up announcing the end of the session.

    Morphée contains 16 relaxing songs, composed by Gilles Maugenest. Each of the 16 songs creates a state of total immersion and allows you to relax at bedtime.

    Morphée contains 16 nature sounds were recorded all around the world to best replicate the different atmospheres (sea, jungle, thunderstorm...).

    Reseña es del 1er Morphee que recibí, pediré un reemplazo y si es defecto de este pedido, escribiré una segunda opinión. Este que me llegó tiene una calidad de audio pésima, los grabes se escuchan extremadamente mal, le puse un spiker externo por el Jack que trae, un 'JBL charger 4" como muchos sabrán es una spiker de calidad decente, el sonido como es de esperar mejora "pero" se sienten los graves distorsionados. Le voy a dar una segunda oportunidad al pedir un remplazo. Considero que con el precio de este artículo, $99 dólares, se debe escuchar un audio decentemente, sin distorsiones.

    For me out of sight is out of mind. I really wanted to start a meditation habit but the apps weren’t doing it for me. Having this on bedside table reminds me and the meditations are great, it’s like taking a hot bath for your brain. It literally feels good. I’ve also only charged it once since I bought it since it auto shuts off when you’re the audio is finished.

    This is a nifty idea--a meditation device without a screen. As someone that struggles to sleep, I found the idea of this device interesting. Once I received the device and tried using it for a few days I decided to return it. The device itself is functional and works fine but the meditations have a strange, robotic sound. It sounds like Microsoft Sam is reading the meditation to you. For me, this effectively meant the device could be used to play music and nature sounds. That isn't worth $99.99.

    Overall, this a cool idea and I'd be interested to try another product like it, but the meditations aren't high quality.

    Static on the speaker for every tune some tunes didn't play or would cut off even when fully charged. I asked morphee for a refund and they would not give me a refund or replacement.

    I have a machine that works sometimes some tunes but the Static is so annoying that I'm really not impressed. I wish morphee had sent me a new machine that they were certain worked.

    I'm not sure they have such but I would have loved to review a good working machine because I love the concept and wish it would work properly.

    The media could not be loaded.
     First: both voices (male and female) are robotic sounding. They do speak in a soothing pace (slow speaking) but sound is still very robotic
    Second: you ONLY have option to meditate for 8 or 20 min. You can NOT meditate for 15 min or 25 min for example. The only two options are 8 or 20 that is it.
    One think is that the item looks good. Esthetics are on point. Unless used for decoration it is unless.
