Our Mechanical & Process Engineering team is part of the Device Development team within our R&D organization, where we have gathered some of the most experienced engineers and audio enthusiasts. 
We offer you the opportunity to become part of a mechanical team with strong focus on Front-end development of on-ear/in-ear headsets, speakerphones, and video products. Naturally, you will interface to our electro-acoustic, production test and hardware engineers, both in-house and with our Chinese Dongguan development team.


Our new Lead Mechanical Engineer
Your focus areas will be mechanical frontend activities, concept development integrating ME, AE and HW, and participating in technology projects. Creating robust design concepts, teamwork with many competence areas, planning activities and morphology studies will be some of your daily activities.
 

To succeed in this role, you need to be creative, pro-active, have a strong can-do attitude and find it easy to cope with changes. As Mechanical Lead you are good at managing a variety of assignments in a persistent and structured way within the agreed time schedule.


The ideal candidate holds the following qualifications: 

  • Mechanical engineer with preferably 5+ years of experience.
  • You are used to working in a busy R&D environment with many interfaces both internally and externally.
  • You have great knowledge of Creo and PDM-Link or similar high-end CAD system.
  • It is a great plus if you have experience from the headset or hearing aid business area.

  • Structured, organized, team-oriented and with an outgoing attitude.
  • Thrives in a cross-cultural work environment with a broad contact base to different competence areas.
  • Innovative, analytical, and holistic minded with great coordination skills.
