WHAT DOES A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (AE) DO?
The AE is responsible for…
– Driving revenue growth for our Mount Laurel Freight Brokerage through targeted sales efforts and through introductions made by the Account Development Representative (ADR) team.
The AE will drive results by…
– Utilizing our various prospecting tools to generate quality leads
– Maintaining a full pipeline to ensure a steady flow of inbound business to meet sales targets
– Identifying full potential of targeted accounts and assisting in them reaching that potential
– Ensuring current customers’ needs are being met while exploring growth opportunities within accounts
– Engaging business contacts through effective telephone, email and in person communication.
– Representing RLS at various tradeshows, conferences, and company marketing events, as needed

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: 1+ Years in sales or logistics
Travel requirements: As needed up to 25%
Minimum Behavior requirements: You must Be Humble, Stay Hungry and Live Smart
