FocalSpec® 3D Line Confocal Sensors FocalSpec Line Confocal Sensors leverage a patented optical design to ensure continuous, non-contact measurement of the most challenging materials and shapes, including 2.5/3D curved glass, highly reflective metals, transparent medical parts, and a wide variety of small electronic parts. • Offers clean data captures with Z resolution (down to 50nm) and lateral resolution down to 6um • Captures 3D topography (surface height), 2D intensity (contrast data), and 3D tomography (multi-layer height) at speeds up to 10kHz • Suitable for high speed, inline measurement on glass, transparent, opaque, and shiny metal surfaces
