In a rapidly changing world, it is extremely important to include the clause which apprise any possible change in a timely manner. Additionally, the overall responsibility of each action till the change is communicated, accepted, processed and implemented including potential risk assessment and mitigation measures is critical.

How can you effectively communicate risk management policies in a fast-paced environment?
In a fast-paced environment, risk threats are high. Hence, it is necessary to identify potential areas of risks including supplier, logistical, geopolitical, regulatory etc. A risk may pose great amount of disruption to overall cost and time. Categorizing the possible types of risks and defining clear systems to handle and implement possible solutions are key elements of risk management. Through quantitative and qualitative analysis where short term and long-term impacts are accounted for, we are able to specify the purpose to effectively handle and mitigate a risk.
