    This quarter, we are recognizing our Global Sales Operations team! This recognition is not only for Q2, but for the entire first half of the year as they all worked tirelessly to execute on the operational lift of our new org strategy, while also continuing to support GSO and GCO in day-to-day operations to ensure our customers are being taken care of.

    This quarter, we are recognizing our Global Sales Operations team! This recognition is not only for Q2, but for the entire first half of the year as they all worked tirelessly to execute on the operational lift of our new org strategy, while also continuing to support GSO and GCO in day-to-day operations to ensure our customers are being taken care of.

    This team, which recently had 3 new members join in June, does so much for our organization. Ashley, Jeff, Adeep, Gaby, Amanda, Kim, Natalia, Annette, Ivy, Anna, Magda and Shalimar are the peeps behind the scenes helping you with quotas, forecasting, reports & dashboards, analysis & insights, metrics & KPIs, strategic planning, special projects, Salesforce optimization, pricing & deal desk, process & workflow design, territory changes & management, ROE disputes, contract operations, partnerships with legal, technology, sales comp design, SPIFs, Top Parliament Club, and on ….and on.

    Each team member has had to wear many different hats over these last two quarters to help support the reorg and the many accompanying initiatives. They have truly become a team that is an “Owl of All Trades". Thank you Sales Ops Team for everything you do for us! We would be lost without you!
