“I had the distinct pleasure of working under Christina's leadership when she started as the Learner Success Manager at Trilogy Education Services (now edX) back in 2018, as she hired me to become one of the first group of instructors to teach the Full Stack Development program at the University of Toronto. Over the years she had progressed in the organization all the way up to Regional Director (Operations Lead), and it is an honor to recommend someone of her caliber. In my observation Christina is a pragmatic leader whose remarkable blend of strategic foresight and operational acumen stands out in today's fast-paced business world. Christina's leadership style is a rare find these days. She combines deep empathy with a results-driven approach, creating an environment where myself and others who who have worked around her feel being both valued and motivated. Under her guidance, Christina has helped me and other instructors to achieve success in guiding learners to successful technology oriented careers. Her ability to understand and leverage the strengths of our team members led myself and others to work both productively and harmoniously. Beyond her professional expertise, Christina's interpersonal skills are exceptional. She fosters strong relationships both within the team and with clients, and her communication skills are second to none. She always maintains a perfect balance between being approachable and maintaining the decorum expected of a leader. In conclusion, Christina Pearsall is a tremendous asset to any organization. Her leadership, strategic vision, and operational expertise drive real results, and her positive impact on team morale and company culture is profound. I have no doubt that she will continue to excel and inspire in her future endeavors.”

How can you use Thought Leadership to address complex issues in your field?
Impact should not be focused on OKRs/KPIs but also measured in terms of direct, honest conversations with your client; how are you feeling, are there any wins/outstanding challenges which stand out for you? Combined with data and metrics collected, it allows you to deepen your team's understanding of the entire partnership climate - be open to listening and making yourself available for these conversations, and to allow your client to know they are heard.
