Spanish speaking Hotel Vice President of Marketing responsible for Europe, Africa & Caribbean for European Hospitality co. – Portugal based A recognized hotel company that has properties in Europe, ,Caribbean and in Africa are looking for a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Marketing to oversee global marketing strategies and initiatives. Mandatory: Must be managing 30-40 properties in current role. Spanish / Portuguese speaker. Must be open to travelling frequently. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred. - Minimum of 10 years of progressive marketing experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing global marketing efforts. - Strong understanding of global marketing trends, digital marketing strategies, and brand management principles. Hotel Sales Manager for an International hospitality group This is an expatriate position - based in Cuba You must be an experienced Sales Manager who has sold Cuban/ Caribbean Hotels (a non-Cuban national mandatory) your sales focus will be on markets like Canada, Europe, Latin & S. America. International travel is required. The Sales Manager is responsible for the overall Sales efforts of the hotel; harmonizing the culture, mission, keys, and quality standards to assure maximized potential. Requirements: • Cuba experience for an all-inclusive resort style hotel/resort is mandatory. • Must be willing to travel internationally. • You must have worked in a major property and understand groups, and the larger segment of travelers who come to Cuba. • You must be willing to live in Cuba on an expat status and have knowledge of Canada, Europe, and other International markets. • Minimum of 5 years of Sales experience at an Executive level. • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales & Marketing or a related discipline. • Must be hands-on, energetic and a solid team player. Responsibilities: • Developing and executing a creative multi-channel, integrated sales strategy involving global media relations and communications programs with the goal of publicizing the property as a premier travel destination. • Develop and Implement property sales SOP’s and identify & implement sales automation system standard. • Oversee content development and copywriting of hotel collateral to ensure brand alignment and consistency for campaigns, programs, trade shows and special events. • Analyze existing market research data and identify key market trends and issues, constituent needs, and purchase drivers. • Utilize analytic tools as well as research to analyze the impact of global marketing initiatives, identify opportunities, establish goals, and drive action to ensure success. • Develop ROI reports/dashboards that communicate marketing performance to the executive board. • Present quarterly to the Marketing team on campaign effectiveness during monthly department meetings. • Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends.
