1. Check in on the app

Select "Check In" from the app & head to the store.

2. Pick a 'Pickup' spot

Park in a 'Pickup' parking spot. In the app select 'I've parked.'

3. Enter number & color

Enter the spot number & car color & we'll bring your order out.

Curbside Pickup FAQ

I'm having issues using 'Check in' from the Walmart Business app.

Use the store check in steps:

• Use one of the Pickup parking spots

• Call the phone number on the parking sign or in your confirmation email.

• A Walmart associate will bring your order to you.

Location Sharing Troubleshooting Guide

iOS users

1. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services.

2. Make sure that "Location Services" is on.

3. Scroll down to find the Walmart Business app.

4. Tap the app & select one of the options below:

"While using the app": Allows access to Locations Services only when the app or one of its features is visible on-screen.

"Always": Allows access to your location.

Android users

1. If you want to make sure a specific app has enabled Location Services, tap "App Location Permissions" & find the app in the list.

2. Tap the app & choose "Allow only while using the app" or "Ask every time." In general, "Allow only while using the app" is the more convenient & more common choice.
