Hattrick's quirk allows him to create and manipulate a limitless number of playing cards. The cards he creates can be made sharp enough to cut flesh or metal and touch enough to withstand a bullet. The weakness to this quirk is due to the absurd mental concentration required to use it, he must keep a poker face at all times while it is active, breaking it will cause him to completely lose control of the quirk.
