Etc. etc. etc… 📊 Unfortunately, the Web3 generation has become too used to instant gratification through access to founders on discord, highly volatile markets, and the speed of innovation in the digital asset area. 🤦🏽♂️If devs didn’t ’do something’ today to benefit the community’s outlook, then all is doomed!… However. 🎁 Digital transformation of industries and markets takes time… 👾 For example, video games, an important and much cited area for Web3 innovation, typically take 1.5 - 2 years to build. So any ‘tokenised’ innovation based on today’s thinking probably won’t be in the hands of users until 2026! 😅 Remember not to sweat the noise outside. Some stocks drop as much as 20% in one day, and the industry doesn’t even blink. It doesn’t mean ‘it’s all over’ and it doesn’t mean ‘you’ve done your job’ either. 🥔 FWIW if you’re building, have a clear growth plan, trust in your differentiation, and make small wins every day. Relationship Management: Maintain networks with various stakeholders within the organization and vendor management team. Participate in cross-team initiatives with stakeholders as needed. Budgeting: Manage the team budget for assigned teams. Audit/Regulatory Compliance: Communicate with legal counsel to ensure compliance with governmental regulations. Qualifications: Experience leading Customer Service or customer-facing Operations teams (KYC experience is a strong plus). Proven ability to lead and develop teams, with experience managing team leads and customer service agents. Passion for customer experience, technology, and team leadership. Ability to multi-task, manage challenging situations, and oversee cross-team projects. Highly analytical, with the ability to dive into numbers for process improvements, prioritization, and forecasting. Track record of taking ownership and responsibilities beyond daily duties, while being a great team player. Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
