Holly Robinson is Selina Kyle's friend and is mentioned in Catwoman's interview tapes with Hugo Strange in Batman: Arkham City.

Holly Robinson became an orphan after she ran away from home. As a young girl with no job and no money, she was forced to fend for herself on the streets of Gotham City becoming a prostitute at the age 13. During this time, she met another orphan, Selina Kyle who adopted her and taught her survival skills. The two became best friends.

Hugo Strange said that he was holding Holly "hostage" and that he would let one of his TYGER Guard's kill her if Catwoman didn't answer his questions.
After Arkham City Incident[]
At the end of the last tape Strange tells Catwoman he has no interest in Holly unless she lands herself in Arkham City and that she is safe. As Holly is later mentioned in Batman: Arkham Knight, it seems Strange actually kept his promise.
Arkham Knight Incident[]
Holly left Gotham City when Scarecrow threatened the citizens there. Holly is not mentioned again.
