Danny Jacobs provided the voice of Victor Zsasz in Batman: Arkham Asylum it’s sequel Batman: Arkham City and deleted scenes of Batman: Arkham Knight.
He was also credited for voicing Frank Boles in Batman: Arkham Asylum, but he was uncredited for voicing Robert Stirling and Bill.
