The Baudelaire Flower Shop was once owned by the botanist Dr. Pamela Isley, who eventually became the super villain, Poison Ivy. It can be found in Arkham City at the Park Row District near the TYGER Confiscated Goods Vault.

Before Arkham City Incident[]
At some point in the past, Ivy attempted to turn over a new leaf, opened her flower shop in Old Gotham, and tried to live an ordinary life. For a a while she was content. Unfortunately, after seeing how people continued to mistreat the plants, she eventually returned to a life of crime.
Arkham City Incident[]
The store is still there in Arkham City, covered in overgrowth. It serves as the answer to one of the Riddler's many Riddles.
During the same fateful night of the incident, Batman detected a significant increase in plant and vine growth that was threatening to destroy the city, similar to what happened in Arkham Asylum. One of the places Batman investigated was Baudelaire's, whose plants were getting out of control and spewing toxic pollen just like the plants outside. The ultimate cause was due to Ivy's emotional state being compromised as a result of being mind-controlled by the Mad Hatter.
Trivia[]
- The flower shop is named after Charles Baudelaire, the author of Les Fleurs du Mal (The Flowers of Evil), the volume of Late Romantic (or Decadent) poetry which themes are often concerned with nature's ruthless and corrosive sexual power.
- Its appearance in the game is a reference to the episode of The Batman, known as Fleurs de Mal, where it was Poison Ivy's hideout.
