Subject: Smaller files, please?

I would be so grateful if you could put the files up in their original resolution. There is no reason that the files need to be this huge. And any graphics card can handle the scaling up to 1080 in real time on its own.

Downloading 52 GB which maybe only needed to be 10 GB seems an awful waste of resources to me. And if compressed with x265, it maybe could even be 5 GB with no noticeable loss of quality?

I see the bitrate is about 6 Mbps. This seems much more than strictly necessary, and I think 1 Mbps would be plenty with respect to x265, especially seeing that these are cartoons and not live video. The amount of information in them is proportionally small.

Using ffmpeg, a setting of -crf 23 with the codec libx265 should be more than enough for a very faithful reproduction.

I hope you will make this available as an option for those without a fast internet connection or limitless storage space.

I have scoured the streaming and torrent sites for this for years. I used to buy this series on DVD, but could never get anything after the last episode of season 2 "day of reckoning" and in a way that's where my my childhood ended.
