Unnecessary app
This app is completely unnecessary and users would be better served by a full-featured website.
You don’t receive any sort of email confirmation that you’ve registered the product and there’s no dashboard to view the products you have registered within the app despite creating an account.
I found there is a form for product registration on their website, but the only reason I registered through the app was because the manual stated the warranty would be extended from 180 days to 1 year for free.
The account on the website also appears to be completely separate from the app as my password was not recognized in the app after I signed up on the website first.
No point
Car seat instructions stated this app is needed to register the product. No website option. Downloaded it, and filled out everything. Checked yes for email and text, but I received no confirmation. The app doesn’t have a list of your products registered, either, so there is no way to confirm it. Nothing else in the app that’s worth doing. Just make a website for people to register products, and send them an email to confirm.
Barely functions
The app barely works. You have to sign in every time even if you click to save the sign in info. You have to constantly go in and out of the app in order to get the icons on the front page to work. The registration page requires you to use the arrows on your keyboard to move from city to the state drop down menu… honestly please update the app or just let us use the website for the extended warranty.
