Well- the bed seems well made. The cover fully comes off and the zippers seem built to last. Would give the bed 5/5 if not for a defective bolster pad. It’s completely smooshed and didn’t “inflate” when taken out of plastic wrapping. Hoping I can just get one bolster replacement, then this bed would be 5 stars
