Well I’ll start by saying I have own 3 of these units over the past years and all come down to the some failure…..for me it’s the hose up by the wand, it breaks and with the first model the little green I was able to order a new replacement but now with this model that’s impossible and to only have it last up to 2 to 2 and a half years and then buy another is insane. I looked all over the web and Amazon for a hose for this model with no avail and I just finished corresponding with a representative from Bissell, who apologized for not having the part and forward me information on calling a repair shop in my area, I thought if they do not offer any part how can the repair shop have one and to maybe be able to get another models hose jury rigged onto my unit is what I can do so again sell me a part that close……all of you can do what you wish but after spending a lot of time reading reviews of all the other brands it turns out they all suck somehow, now I did come across a brand that has better reviews….TAB…..go check it out…..
Now I will say the units cleaned ok but nothing to jump for joy over.
