I've ordered these three times so clearly I'm a repeat customer. I re-order because me and these bands - - we've become good friends - - and they do their job just fine! I first used them for a Beachbody program - 80 Day Obsession - and they really were a valuable tool in helping me shape my body. But, I've found that after consistent use (5x/week) they last for about 3 months before they tear. My yellow, green, and blue bands all tore within days of each other. I think that's to be expected when you're stretching thin bands of rubber over and over for that long. However, because they don't last, I do think that at $17 they are quite overpriced, which is why I gave 4 stars.
