***UPDATE FEBRUARY 22, 2023***
10 months later and we are STILL without a functioning robot vacuum!!!! Customer service literally sends the same email (see photo attached). I’ve contacted them no fewer than 10 TIMES (almost monthly) and they continue to blow me off. I’ve spent $200 to have my internet company check all the wiring in my house, $200 on a brand new router, and $400 on the robot vacuum just for all the issues to point back to the robot. Roborock is a HORRIBLE company with zero interest in customer satisfaction. Quantity over quality has to be their train of thought because as a business owner, I would NEVER treat a customer this way!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE PRODUCTS!!!!!

Update December 11, 2022: the company’s solution to our robot not staying connected to Wi-Fi is to connect it to the hotspot on our phone !!! The whole point of a robot vacuum is to clean while we are away. I can’t deal with this company any more! I’ve given up and their flat REFUSAL to make this EXPENSIVE purchase right should make every buyer extremely hesitant to buy!!!

UPDATE: August 2, 2022 and we have had NOTHING but problems. Customer service is virtually refusing to do anything. Their solution is to reset the robot and charge it thoroughly. The problem is, the robot WILL NOT CHARGE! We’ve called customer support FIVE TIMES over the last two months and our robot has not operated in 2 1/2 months. I’ve had to send photos, videos, proof of purchase (even though it’s registered on their website) and it appears as though I am stuck with a $400 floor ornament.

Spend your money elsewhere!!!!!

Initial review: Purchased on April 8th...spent the last 3 weeks trying to get it connected. It appears as though this is a bad unit. Would never recommend.
