Customer Review

We were looking for some cheap patio umbrellas for the summer and settled on three of these for about 50 bucks each.
After 3 months there was noticeable fading, but we expected that.
For what we paid, they exceeded our expectations and got us through plenty of summer days.

One of our umbrellas did end up breaking.
The tilting joint at the center of the pole is held together by a hex screw.
One of these screws backed all the way out, the shaft separated, and the lift rope cut in half.
The umbrellas do have a one year warranty so I contacted the seller through Amazon.
They requested a picture, I sent them one, and they promptly sent me a brand new umbrella.
I was very impressed.
That said, a bit of thread lock on that hex screw would keep this from ever happening.

Are these umbrellas built like 200 dollar umbrellas? No.
Are these umbrellas great for the money? Yes.
Does the seller stand behind their product? Absolutely.
We got our money’s worth already, and we still have them for next summer.
