Initially reading the product description it sounds okay. You can connect wirelessly to any Wifi network and play Youtube songs through the tablet touch screen. After receiving the unit initial setup asks you either for an existing Gmail account or to create a brand new one on the unit. If you choose an existing account with two-factor authentication you become stuck in an endless loop of attempting to connect, and failing to log in but the unit never gives you any indication that this is the problem. We only discovered this after some troubleshooting. After getting connected we find out the giant YouTube button on the touch screen of the tablet does NOT take you to YouTube.....WHAT!? Yes, you have to click the apps button and then you can open YouTube. Awful software design. Finally get connected tried out a couple songs and then proceeded to let it charge over night. We unhook it from the wall and attempt to use it again the next day only to find out that the battery is dead after two songs. Well that can't be right it charged all last night, so we opt to exchange the unit for an equivalent as the battery is clearly bad. Unit number two arrives and it is clearly used, but we decide to try it out anyways. For this unit, we can't connect to our wireless network despite being 10 feet away from the router. At this point I'm done. For the price, I would expect better quality. Save your money.
