Steven Graves

Steven is an Emmy-nominated journalist who joins WPBF 25 News Mornings as part of the only local tri-anchor team and is excited to get to know beautiful South Florida! You can watch him each weekday from 4:30a.m.–7:00a.m. alongside co-anchors Erin Guy and Nathalie Pozo.

The Maryland native comes to West Palm Beach after reporting at WBBM-TV in Chicago. Over his three years, he was the first reporter at the station to establish a community impact beat. His neighborhood "embed" work in Englewood led him to break stories and find exclusive content that made national news. He was also one of Chicago's first multi-media journalists.

Additionally, Steven reported at WVEC-TV in Virginia Beach, Virginia and at KVII-TV in Amarillo, Texas. Both cities gave him the chance to cover severe weather, high profile court cases, and stories important to local communities. However, he has a true passion for finding what he sees as “gems”; the stories that show the good in humanity.

Steven earned his journalism degree from Salisbury University in Maryland. He was president of the school’s television station and instrumental in starting the weekly news broadcast, SUTV News.
