A woman is accused of going on a crime spree in Rockland.Police were first called to the Rockland Public Landing at about 10:30 p.m. Monday for reports that a woman, later identified as Sierra McDonald, 30, had damaged property and stolen a canoe.Officers found McDonald just offshore in the canoe, but say when they started talking with her, she got in the water, stripped naked, got on a nearby lobster boat and tried to untie it.Police took McDonald into protective custody and took her to the hospital for an evaluation.Early Tuesday morning, police say they found significant damage to a building and several vehicles in Rockland's South End, where officers say windows were smashed with rocks. Damage was estimated at about $10,000 and police say McDonald was responsible.Once she was released from the hospital, McDonald was charged with theft, criminal mischief, aggravated criminal mischief and violation of conditions of release.
