I used to work downtown so I'd use public transportation because it was more convenient for me and I wasn't familiar with City. So I would sit up front that have a conversation with the bus driver, and over time he thought I would be a great employee for Cincinnati Metro. I decided that I like driving, and I like people, and I could get paid for doing two things that I like. What's I arrived? I saw a family atmosphere, and obviously I liked it because here I am, 29 years later. Our mission at Metro is to first and foremost provides safe, efficient, timely managed for the citizens of Cincinnati to in front of destination. I feel very confident riding the bus. Metro drivers do an excellent job of keeping passengers safe. I feel very happy about my Children taking the bus to the thing I value the most. When you take the bus, it's this feeling of being connected. When I go with Henry to the bus, we walk. We passed people that we know on the street you're passing through other neighborhoods. You're sitting next to people from all over the city. Regardless of what your destination is you're seeing the entire city. I think that Metro helps the community Cincinnati continue to grow by reinventing himself. Make the passengers rides more convenient. The future that I like most about the transit app is that it gives me real time info where the Busses are when they're arriving and where the bus stops are. If I'm in a place I've never been before, I can open up the app. Within five seconds, I could tell where Busses and where it's going, how to get home or how to go somewhere else. And then the second feature that's obviously being able to buy tickets through the APP but can open the pre VOD together and show it to the driver. Each bus have free WiFi, which is awesome for our writers, Whether you're a student going to high school or your college student or business people that ride our coaches, you can entertain yourself well, so it helps out immensely for our passengers. What's excited about everything that Metro is doing is 24 hour service, more frequency and expanded services. New transit centers are being built, which provides shelter for their passengers while they're waiting along with digital screens that tell them when the bus is currently gonna be here. And if there's a problem that may occur. And it also alleviates traffic congestion, which will help people that don't even ride the bus. The new available rouse What they're designed for is we have a lot of jobs that are available. We have a lot of people out in the suburb that want those jobs but have no way of getting there. We're gonna be intricate and providing that service to help them get to. And from that job, you're gonna have mawr Busses join up more frequently. The number one improvement is going to be having bus has come more often, so that you don't need Thio. Worry about missing a bus and then waiting another 30 minutes and then being late for working late for an appointment in late for daycare on. And as the fleet grow, we have to increase our employment, and it's a great opportunity for anyone that's looking for employment with our organization. Will because George Jarvis a reward all of the improvements, all the investments that Metro is making is going to make communities in Cincinnati more connected to healthcare or connected education or connected to jobs
