tur-ling-gwuh: A neighborhood restaurant & market in Portland, Maine, combining Texas style BBQ w/ southwest and Mexican inspired flavors. Our small batch BBQ is smoked in house daily beginning before sunrise. We our proud to source from local purveyors, farms, distilleries and breweries and strive to offer exceptional hospitality.

RESERVATIONS & WALK-IN SEATING AVAILABLE

We are currently offering both indoor and outdoor dining for parties of 2-6ppl. We do not accept reservations for groups larger than 6-people during the months of May-October.
Walk-Ins Welcome! We now have expanded indoor dinning space dedicated for walk-ins which includes high-top tables and window bar seating!
If there is a wait we are happy to take your number and text you when your table is ready.
Guests may reserve a table up to 15 days in advance.

Last seating 9:00PM, savory until 9:30PM. Mon, Wed, Thurs and Sun open. Last seating 9:30PM, savory until 10:00PM; Fri + Sat.

We strive to make take-out available as often as possible. Due to the amount of in-house guests & service flow there may be instances when regularly scheduled take-out is “turned off.” Click the “order take-out” button below to check-out our online menu including: tacos, BBQ Boards, salsa & chips, margarita & sangria growlers, michelada kits & more…

-Once your order is confirmed you will receive an approximate pick-up time and a follow-up text will be sent when your order is ready note this time frame varies and may exceed 45 minutes based on the size of the order and time of day the order is placed

-Please have your ID ready to present at the time of pick-up if you have purchased alcohol

-If online take-out is listed as “closed” once you have clicked on the link below it means we are “at capacity” and are not currently taking online orders.
