Some Android devices seem to restrict access to the game's expansion files after the first install, causing video playback within the game to result in a black screen. This issue is most likely to be resolved by granting MM Mobile 3 storage access permissions in you phone's settings.
This can usually be found in Settings > Apps > MM Mobile 3 > Permissions > Storage.
Alternatively restarting the app (using force close) and your device app has also been seen to resolve this issue. As a last resort try reinstalling the app.
If none of the above solves your issue then please get in contact:

Sorry to hear you've experienced problems with Motorsport Manager!
In rare cases a save file can fail to load. The game should have prompted you to load a backup. Hopefully this was successful and you did not lose progress!
Your corrupt save is archived on your device and we would be grateful if you could send us it so that we can investigate what went wrong, hopefully repairing your save and provide a fix in a future update!
Please also provide as much information as you can about where and when the corrupt save game occurred during your play-through.
Steps to extract your save game are as follows:
1) Reboot the device
2) Connect the device to your computer and enable file transfers on the device.
3) Locate the save game folder at 'Android/data/com.playsportgames.mmm3/files/Saves'

Local Saves
Local saves are stored here; Android/data/com.playsportgames.mmm3/files/Saves
In order to access these if you restart your device and then plug it into your computer, enable data transfers,
and navigate to the following folder "Android/data/com.playsportgames.mmm3/files/Saves". Here you will see your
save in here either called SlotOne.msv, SlotTwo.msv or SlotThree.msv depending on which slot you chose to start
your game in. There may also be a file called Slot....._BackUp.msv for any of these slots. If you have issues with
one of the save files you can edit the back up (this file can be manually renamed by removing the "_BackUp" part
of the name) and your device should then read it as a normal save game file, restoring your old save.
Cloud Saves (Android only)
If you are logged in to Google Play Games (Android) and have previously uploaded your saves to the cloud
then you will have a backup on the cloud. The cloud saving system will automatically upload saves to the cloud when you save the game
if you are signed in and have a working internet connection. On pressing the "Refresh Cloud Saves" button you should see information
about the cloud save in each slot. If you have deleted your saved game locally, or are playing on a new device, then you should see a
download button in the empty slot. If you are playing across multiple devices then you should see information relating to the progress
of the cloud save with an option to upload or download cloud data depending on which is newer.
After installation, some android devices do not immediately let apps access their expansion files required to run the app properly. This issue can sometimes be resolved by restarting the phone, thus avoiding the need to grant extra permissions to the app. Alternatively granting Storage access permissions should resolve the issue.
On rare occasions the game may need to download an expansion file if this wasn't downloaded during the initial install or has since been deleted. This requires access to the device's storage.
We are sorry you're having problems with Motorsport Manager.

After installation, some android devices do not immediately let apps access their expansion
files required to run the app properly. This issue can be resolved by force closing the app
and trying again, restarting the phone or granting storage access permissions to the app.
This can usually be found in Settings > Apps > MM Mobile 3 > Permissions.
Try all three of these solutions and you should be good to race!
