OUR SERVICES
MEDIATION
We offer confidential and voluntary mediation services to help resolve disputes and conflicts between parties in a neutral and non-adversarial setting. Our mediators are trained volunteers who facilitate communication and problem-solving strategies to find mutually acceptable solutions.
YOUTH & SCHOOL-BASED PROGRAMS
Our mediators work with students, teachers and parents to reduce violence and resolve conflict by providing a peaceful, collaborative problem-solving process. Students are referred for voluntary mediation services by school staff and frequently request Peace Team services themselves.
TRAININGS, WORKSHOPS, & PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
We provide group facilitation services to help agencies and organizations work together more effectively. Our facilitators use structured processes to encourage open communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.

Mid Shore Mediation is a non-profit organization that serves residents and businesses in Caroline, Dorchester, and Talbot counties. Our goal is to promote peaceful and constructive ways of dealing with conflicts and disputes. We believe that mediation and other forms of conflict resolution can help people find mutually acceptable solutions and build stronger relationships. Our services are provided at no cost, thanks to the support of our donors and volunteers.
