When I went to my regular yearly, just checkup and physical, they would give you kind of a blanket, "this is what several thousands of people do at your age" and I wasn't willing to settle for, "this is expected, so you just deal with it." It got to the point where I could not get up and get going. And that became very frustrating, especially when the rest of the household is moving and grooving and you can't. And so I was talking to a friend, a fraternity brother, and he said, "have you had your hormone levels checked?" I was like, "why would I get my hormone levels checked? I'm a man." He said, "my friend, you need to get your levels checked." He said, "go to this place and tell them what kind of symptoms you're having." So that's when I ended up at Restorative Health. You know, when it comes down to it, we really want to make change in people's lives. We want to focus on those lifestyle behaviors and diet, exercise, stress and sleep and that hormone balance. And if we can bring those four into a beautiful balance, then we achieve our ultimate goal, which is improving the quality of one's life. I certainly feel better. There's no question about that. I can do things now, literally, that I was not doing five years ago. Throughout any particular month prior to coming, I would have had lows and different energy levels and I feel much more consistent. Feeling good from inside out really does make a difference. And I remember sitting in the mirror with my camera, and I never take selfies. And I was taking pictures of myself to send to my wife because I felt so good about the way I look, the way I was living in, the way I felt.
