Dear Babboe customer, If you own a Babboe cargo bike, and have been directed to this website through the Babboe recall notice relevant to your country, it indicates that your Babboe bike is subject to recall. The frames of the recalled cargo bicycles can crack and can bend and break, posing a fall hazard to the rider.
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled cargo bicycles and contact Babboe for a full refund and to arrange for the company to retrieve the bicycle.
This recall involves all models of two-wheeled and three-wheeled, electric and non-electric (traditional) Babboe cargo bicycles. The recalled cargo bikes are intended for (urban) transport of children, pets and/or light goods. “Babboe” is printed on the outside of the bicycle’s cargo box.
To facilitate the recall process and ensure your safety, please follow the instructions provided on this website to arrange for a full refund. Your cooperation is essential in this matter.

We request that consumers provide their contact details, including name, address, telephone number, and email address. Following this, Babboe will contact you as soon as possible to proceed with the recall process. Once Babboe has gathered the necessary information regarding your Babboe cargo bike, our service partner in your country will contact you to provide further instructions on how to proceed with disposing of your bike and obtaining a full refund.
