At this juncture, little is known about either title -- especially Tracer, which has been in secret development for three years already. Though we have confirmed that it will primarily be a single player game with several multiplayer components as a bonus feature, and include both competitive and co-op scenarios.
211 is little more public, as Gaia has teamed up with other companies MissionNYC and Thousand Words to create several different videogames, motion pictures, and comic books for the 211 franchise. In all, the game portion will account for 50% of the entire production budget and it has already been shopped around to several publishers for pick-up. The storyline will center on rescuing a number of different hostages with very big guns.
We expect to hear more on 211 and Tracer as we get closer to official system announcements from Sony, Microsoft, and Nintendo later this year. Perhaps we'll know for sure at this year's Electronic Entertainment Expo in May. Stay tuned.
