If you are in Europe and are contacting us regarding one of our iOS News apps having connection issues, you can try using a VPN and connect to a USA server and see if that helps. This is because we use Google to source some of the news (such as the Top News section) and in Europe there could be instances where Google has chosen to not make news available due to a dispute with European Commission on copyright over displaying snippets of news.
