Peggy Roe
Executive Vice President, Chief Customer Officer / Marriott International

Peggy Roe, EVP and Chief Customer Officer at Marriott International, drives the global consumer strategy inclusive of brand, marketing, experience design, and innovation across 30+brands in 139 countries and the Marriott Bonvoy® loyalty program. A 20-year Marriott veteran, Roe built Marriott’s data strategy and operations and today’s customer experience design framework. As Chief Sales and Marketing Officer in Asia Pacific, she grew the Marriott Bonvoy member base, notably in China, overseeing $100M in sales and marketing across 21 countries. In 2019, Roe integrated Starwood Hotels & Resorts and built Marriott's Alibaba joint venture. Passionate about education and women's development, she co-founded Marriott Women in Leadership in Asia Pacific and served on the board of Asian University for Women. A University of Michigan graduate with an MBA from Harvard Business School, Roe is on the board of Simon Property Group and resides in Bethesda, Maryland with her family.
