Mark J. Penn is the chair and CEO of Stagwell, the challenger network built to transform marketing.

Previously, Mr. Penn served as EVP and chief strategy officer for Microsoft, managing advertising budget and overall strategy. He was also co-founder and CEO of Penn Schoen Berland, which sold to WPP, where he became CEO of Burson-Marsteller. In addition, Mr. Penn served as White House pollster to President Bill Clinton.
