This app is the worst most inconsistent mess of an app we've ever had to put up with from y'all. I've been an INSIDER since its beginning. I've been paying as well bought gift apps for friends and family. I wouldnt do it today with this unreliable mess. I am really very discouraged by the low quality and poor performance of the app. I go back to Art Bell days. For the last 5 nights the app would not play. Finally, I was able to start a show and it stopped.

I'm having difficulty with this app, it won't let me listen, when I click to listen it brings me to the pay page. And when I click on the "monthly" square for $6.95 a box comes up on the bottom and say you have already paid. But it won't let me listen it just keeps doing that. My next payment isn't until next month. There is no customers service??? This is very frustrating!!! Looks like I'm goin to have to cancel, and I don't want to.

Cleaned the App Cache, Cleared my Data, then logged back into app. Show Streaming is back again. Hopefully all my bugs have been squashed. *Important*: If and when you turn the screen off when you're listening to the past shows, the player has to be up so to speak. If you go back to your home screen on your device, or to another app while the show is playing, then in about 6-8 minutes, the playback of the show will cut off. You'll then have to go back into the app to pick up where you left off.
