I've reached lvl 20 in the game, and it's fun, but whenever I enter a high stakes game it's been putting me up against players who are lvl 120 to 180 - they have better cues, better frame bonuses, and are more experienced at the game, running the table with ease before I get a single shot. It's no longer fun, and I've lost hundreds of thousands of coins in these unfair matchups. Fix this matchmaking issue so I can play against players of the same level who have similar in-game advantages.

Would rate it higher, but the physics in this game is VERY inconsistent. For example, you can hit a ball with the same cue at the exact angle, and you would get different results. Seen people pot 2 different balls in the same pocket, but whenever I copy the way they did it, I only pot one. The game definitely picks and chooses who wins and is purely luck based.

I used to come and go on this game, but i went to reinstall it on a new phone, and all my purchases were completely gone. And the devs haven't reached out to me to try and fix it. Spent more than 100 bucks on the game and the devs so far basically said, sucks to be you, and took my money with out helping me recover the lost progress. I was like level 30+.
