I have been using this app for years, and it's been great. A couple quirks here and there, but far fewer than most apps. That is, until recently. For the past couple of months I can get nothing on the app to work. I always left my account signed in, but suddenly it won't let me do that, or search for a store location. Nothing. It launched and when I put in a zip code, is says "Unable to get results at this time. Please try again later." I tried reinstall, turned off VPN, still nothing.

The app is broken and has become useless. You can search for a product, but when you select a product from the search results to look at, it says "unable to find product at this time, please try again later." On every. single. item. Tyvek tape? Error. Paint? Same error. Tools? Yep, you guessed it! It doesn't matter whether you have signed in to your account or not. The app has become pointless. C'mon, Menards! Fix this!

I like Menards. I actually like going to this store! However, their store pickup, and their shipping options could be vastly improved. Store pickup cost me $7 more and I was still required to go throughout the store and pick over half of the items in my order, myself! Shipping something with Menards? Be prepared to pay. I had to add $37.50 to my total, for shipping 2 stair rails that were otherwise unavailable. My experience was not customer-centric at all. Menards, please improve this!
