Too protective of downloads. You can download most of the library, but you still have to be connected to some kind of internet to do a check to view it. I have limited data, so i flip it on, hit play, then flip it off. This works for a while, but if i turn off the screen or play it more then a few minutes, I get told suddenly that this content isnt available right now, try again later. A few times my whole download library just disappeared. It's very frustrating. No other streaming service like.

This might be one of the worst streaming services you can choose. I think the interface was designed with user unfriendliness as the goal. Sure, you'll watch your show eventually, but only after a few minutes of scrolling, cursing, rewinding, and accidentally getting the ending of a show spoiled because there's no "play from the beginning" option. It's incredibly glitchy, the ads are way longer than any other service, and you can't even skip the theme song. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy

I'm not sure in the month that I've had this app that it has ever worked 2 days in a row. I've had to clear the cache. I don't know how many times. I've had to reinstall the app a couple of times, cleared data. It just keeps breaking. Most of the time. It's a video issue. The show just will not play. Other times. It's been audio issues where you get crackling through my headphones. It's not my headphones, because cleared app and reinstallation took care of the problem. So frustrating.
