New user here (post-redesign). The app isn't terrible, but it's unnecessarily bloaty, because it has a lot of pointless redundancy, buttons and sections that link to the same places or perform the same function, which causes more confusion. Keep it simple, one button to perform one function, unless absolutely relevant somewhere else. However I really appreciate that they allow usage of the app on modified devices.

My account is blocked and I'm being charged fees, which are affecting my credit rating. I'm not able to log in, I tried verification through video, it is not working, I tried all the options to unblock the account, unsuccesful. When I contacted the team they refused to close my account. The account is up to date with the payments. I'm reaching out here, to ask to close my account, if that's not successful, I will have to take legal action.

Beware of this banking app, this is the worst banking service I have ever experienced. It's all good when you put the money in, but if you need to withdraw it for some reason, the withold the money alledging "fraud prevention" even if you send all the documentation they request and go through all the proof of identity systems they put in place. When I try to dispute it, the person in their chat system (there is no other way to contact them) says that I'll receive a response "within days"

What's new
No updates this week outside of general maintenance, so we’re coming in hot with more money trivia. The term ‘piggy bank’ is thought to originate from the Old English word ‘pygge’ – a type of clay used to make containers that held money. So now you know.
